​Special Election Ballots Are In

The North Hero Selectboard has called a special election to ask the voters to decide whether the Town should borrow up to $4.5 million to pay for a new fire station and public works garage. 
The ballots have arrived, and early voting is available. Ballots are not automatically mailed for local elections. You must request a ballot, or come to the town office, if you would like to vote by absentee. You may request a ballot be mailed to you online at mvp.vermont.gov or by contacting the town office at [email protected] or 802-372-6926.
The informational hearing will be held Monday, Sept. 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Community Hall. The special election is Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
