​SEEKING DRB ALTERNATE

The selectboard is accepting applications for an alternate on the Town’s Development Review Board.  Those who have a valid interest in development in South Hero are encouraged to apply. The DRB meets two evenings a month, as needed. The term length for alternates is one year. 
The Development Review Board issues decisions for land development that require review per the Town’s Development Regulations. These include site plan, subdivision, planned unit developments (PUD), and conditional use approval, as well as requests for waivers and appeals of a decision of the Zoning Administrator.
